Important Exhibition Info & Centre Rules

• Exhibitions run from a Tuesday to a Monday
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the fully completed contract.
• Full payment is required before setup is permitted.
• Setup and breakdown are only permitted outside of centre trading hours.
• Stand to be manned at all times during centre trading hours.
• Display may not exceed the allocated area.
• Stand height restriction of 1.5m.
• No approaching of shoppers allowed.
• No handing out of pamphlets/flyers/brochures to walk-by shoppers.
• Stand to be kept neat & tidy at all times.
• No Gazibos inside the centre.
• No helium balloons allowed inside the centre.
